Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tandekar Groups, we value our customers and aim to provide the best digital services.
4.1. Digital Services & Products Due to the nature of digital products and services (including but not limited to Web Development code, Fintech ID Generation, and Software activation), once the service has been delivered or the ID has been generated, we generally do not offer a full refund.
4.2. Cancellation Policy
Orders for services can be cancelled within 12-24 hours of the initial payment, provided the work has not yet commenced.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
4.3. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
